The 2024 Annual Dues and Special Assessment statements were mailed to all residents on 4/8/24. The annual dues of $200 are due on 5/15/24. The special assessment of $300 is due on 7/30/24. This year we again will offer multiple payment options. You can pay by check, bank-to-bank transfer, or Venmo. If using Venmo a 1.9% transaction fee will be applied.
